1. Digital Products (E-Books & PDF Guides)

Due to the immediate digital delivery of electronic goods (such as the PDF of “Get Used to Your New Reality”), these files cannot be physically returned or revoked once delivered. Consequently, sales of digital download files are generally non-refundable once access or download links have been issued, except as required by applicable consumer law.

2. One-on-One Private Consultations

Every purchase of the limited admission master package includes a private 60-minute one-on-one video consultation with Furqaan Khazi over Google Meet.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation at any time provided you give at least 24 hours advance notice via your scheduling confirmation link or by emailing contact@furqaankhazi.com. We will gladly help you choose an alternate slot that accommodates your calendar.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, the reserved time slot is forfeited. Out of courtesy, we may offer one opportunity to reschedule at our discretion.
  • Refund Requests Prior to Session: If you have purchased the package but need to cancel prior to holding your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. If the digital book has not yet been accessed or downloaded, a full refund may be issued. If the digital book has already been delivered, any refund will be evaluated based on the unused consultation service portion.

3. Free Introductory Coaching Sessions

The complimentary 30-minute introductory coaching sessions (limited to 3 seats per week) are offered 100% free of charge. No payment is collected, and no financial refund terms apply. If you cannot attend your free session, please cancel or reschedule promptly via Calendly so another applicant can take your slot.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any billing discrepancy or issue accessing your purchase or scheduling link, please contact us directly at contact@furqaankhazi.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues quickly and fairly.
